In Hamburg-Bergedorf we are looking for an experienced and empathetic baby carer (m/f/d) (20 hours/week spread over 3 days) for a caring and warm family. Ideally, you will have completed training in childcare. The family's terraced house is located directly on the Feldmark and, with its proximity to nature, offers the ideal setting for long walks with the youngest family member. The family consists of four people, in addition to the 7-week-old baby, there is a teenage daughter.

Your tasks:

• Infant care
• Walks in the countryside
• Supporting the mother to create free space
• Supporting the mother with expert advice

Caring for the newborn is at the centre of your work. With a great deal of dedication and experience, you help the baby to feel secure and give the mother the opportunity to withdraw and relax from time to time. You will also be asked for your expert advice on how to deal with certain situations. Relaxed walks through the nearby green spaces are also part of your daily routine so that the baby can enjoy fresh air and peace and quiet. The mother attaches great importance to a trusting relationship and appreciates support that gives her space for relaxation and other activities. The older sibling will also be happy if you respond to the needs of the whole family with empathy and patience.
