For our small, dedicated team in Hamburg-Nienstedten, which specialises in the placement of domestic staff in private households, we are looking for an experienced payroll accountant (m/f/d) from 25 hours/week. Your tasks:
- Monthly payroll accounting
- Processing social security enquiries
- Preparation of employment contracts and certificates
- Communication with authorities and social insurance organisations
- Support with administrative tasks, such as coordinating appointments
As a payroll accountant in our team, you will be responsible for handling payroll accounting for the domestic staff we place. You will ensure that all payroll accounting is completed on time and will be available to employers and employees as a competent contact person for questions regarding payroll accounting and social security. With your conscientious and reliable way of working, you play a key role in ensuring that our service runs smoothly and to everyone's satisfaction.
