In beautiful Chiemgau, not far from Lake Chiemsee, we are looking for a committed and reliable full-time all-round employee (m/f/d) for a high-quality holiday home as soon as possible. The friendly owner couple are looking forward to energetic support who will professionally look after both the interior and exterior of the property and be available as a discreet contact person. The position is available as part of a live-in arrangement ? a beautiful, self-contained flat (approx. 70?m²) is at your disposal.

The well-kept property with seven bedrooms and a spacious garden is used by the family around 100 days a year. Over Christmas and New Year's Eve in particular, the house is occupied by up to 30 people, which is why careful preparation and smooth organisation are particularly important during this time.

Your tasks:

• Tidiness and cleanliness throughout the property
• Independent organisation and prioritisation of tasks
• Care of the garden and outdoor facilities
• Pool and pond maintenance
• Control and simple maintenance of building services
• Coordination and monitoring of external service providers
• Driving services and occasional shopping

As the good soul of the house, you will be responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of the entire property. An experienced housekeeper comes for eight hours a week to do the basic cleaning ? all other tasks are your responsibility.

This includes cleaning and tidying the indoor areas as well as minor gardening work and seasonal outdoor tasks. You will ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the technical facilities, take care of pool maintenance and carry out minor repairs independently.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and monitoring external service providers and preparing the guest rooms. When the family is present, you will support them with small errands, breakfast preparations or occasional driving services. The elderly family dog will be lovingly looked after by you during the family's absence.

This is a non-smoking household. A driving licence is essential due to the location. We are looking for a person with a sense of responsibility, a high degree of self-organisation and the willingness to get fully involved in looking after the holiday home.
