We are looking for a reliable driver / chauffeur (m/f/d) (40 hrs/week) in Koblenz. The employer is looking for someone who not only has a confident driving style, but also discretion, initiative and a high degree of organisational talent. With polite reserve, you will help to ensure that the entrepreneur's everyday life and all journeys run smoothly and that there is always a pleasant atmosphere.

Your tasks:

• Chauffeur services throughout Germany with overnight stays
• Vehicle fleet coordination
• Responsibility for the care, cleanliness and equipment of all vehicles
• Carrying out shopping and errands
• Close coordination with the entrepreneur's personal assistant

In this position, you will play a central role in the day-to-day work of the Managing Director. Your main task will be to provide safe, discreet and comfortable transport to business appointments and events throughout Germany. In addition, you will independently ensure that the vehicles are available in perfect condition at all times and are equipped according to defined standards. This means not only regularly maintaining and cleaning the vehicles, but also organising and monitoring maintenance and service appointments.

Your forward-looking and structured way of working is also evident in the organisation of hotel stays, the running of personal errands and in supporting the entrepreneur with organisational processes. As the contact person for the personal assistant, you ensure that agreements and plans are realised and that appointments are optimally coordinated.

Discretion and reliability are just as important for this responsible position as a confident demeanour and a well-groomed appearance. Having your own car is an advantage, a driving licence is a mandatory requirement. This is a non-smoking client.
