We are looking for a child-loving housekeeper (m/f/d) (25 or 40 hours/week) in Cologne Junkersdorf. The friendly family lives in a modern detached house with about 230 m² of living space. The three children, aged 9, 11 and 13, are cheerful, curious and well behaved. Everyday family life is well organised and yet lively ? here, value is placed on loving and harmonious togetherness. For this household we are looking for a reliable personality who can keep an overview of everyday life with warmth, but also structure, and support mum in keeping order.
Your tasks:
- Keep order
- Cleaning (basic, maintenance and visual cleaning)
- Textile care (incl. hanging up laundry, drying, folding, putting away)
- Ironing
- Shopping / errands
- Cooking (fresh children's kitchen)
- Plant care
- Terrace maintenance
The position can be arranged flexibly on a part-time basis with 25 hours four days a week or full-time ? the latter is possible in particular if the nearby household of the grandparents in Cologne-Marienburg (travelling time approx. 15 minutes) is also looked after. Comparable tasks are required there as part of household-related support. A driving licence is not absolutely necessary, only helpful if you wish to work full-time.
A caring attitude towards the children and a structured, independent way of working are particularly appreciated. The family is looking for someone who can manage the household with dedication and a keen eye - even cleaning a cupboard drawer on their own or noticing when the plants in the entrance area are thirsty. When it comes to cooking, fresh, healthy and child-friendly meals are desired and ready-made products should be consciously avoided. Laundry care includes laying out and putting away - the washing machine is started in advance by the lady of the house and shirts are taken to the dry cleaners. A service provider regularly comes to the house to clean the windows.
A friendly, well-groomed demeanour, good manners and a positive and thoughtful character round off the desired profile. We are looking for the good soul who will become an integral part of family life through structure, experience and a loving nature.
