We are looking for an experienced housekeeper (m/f/d) (40 hours/week) for a friendly and structured couple near Waren (Müritz). The family lives in a beautiful estate with a manor house, which is mainly used on public holidays, long weekends and a maximum of three weeks a year. During the couple's absence, it is particularly important that the house remains occupied and is looked after. There is an approx. 90 square metre service flat available, which you are welcome to move into with your partner.

Your tasks:

• Basic cleaning
• Room maintenance
• Keep order
• Purchasing
• Household management
• Stockpiling
• Cooking
• Organisation of external service providers
• Coordination / supervision of tradesmen
• Small repairs (if manual skills are available)
• Preparation and follow-up of rooms when guests are expected
• Maintenance of the pool / pond (checking the PH value)

As a host, you will be responsible for the comprehensive care and organisation of this rural property. Special emphasis is placed on fresh and healthy cuisine that is orientated towards the family's preferences. You are welcome to contribute your culinary skills with passion, especially when the gentlemen visit the house. In your absence, you will keep the property in a presentable condition at all times.

In addition to general household organisation, your tasks will also include the targeted preparation of the rooms for arrivals and guest stays. With your manual skills and technical understanding, you will be able to carry out small jobs yourself and coordinate and supervise external service providers or tradesmen.

Your independent and reliable way of working as well as your discretion and loyalty are highly valued. A well-groomed appearance, good manners and a confident demeanour are essential for this position. Furthermore, basic computer skills are an advantage in order to ensure smooth communication by e-mail.
