We are looking for a sensitive carer (m/f/d) in Meersburg for 24-hour services on a fortnightly basis. The cultivated senior citizen (early 70s) is musically inclined, lives in a well-kept environment and would like a warm-hearted and attentive companion who combines security, structure and warmth. We are looking for a reliable person who can organise everyday life with patience and a positive charisma and motivate lovingly.

Your tasks:

• General household organisation
• Keeping order, basic, maintenance and visual cleaning
• Supporting the senior citizen in everyday life
• Observation and documentation of the general state of health
• Administration of medication
• Empathetic motivation and support for activities
• Shopping and stocking up on supplies
• Preparation of meals
• Carrying out transport services and errands

The focus is on attentive, everyday support with a view to the needs of a lady with Alzheimer's, who is largely independent and takes care of her own personal hygiene. Loving encouragement for activities such as shopping, walks and short excursions is important; a vehicle is available for driving services, so a driving licence is required. You will work as a well-coordinated team with another carer on a fortnightly basis with 24-hour shifts, embedded in a permanent full-time position. In the household, you will be responsible for structured organisation, basic cleaning and laundry, preparing tasty meals and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. You will also provide support with shopping planning and stockpiling and reliably manage medication. A positive, approachable manner is particularly important in order to gently guide the senior away from negative thoughts and give her joy and security.
