A warm-hearted and friendly family in Hamburg-Winterhude is looking for an experienced, reliable and committed housekeeper (m/f/d) to join their team on a full-time basis (40 hours/week). In this responsible and varied role, you will manage the household with care and organisational talent and support the family's everyday life with great sensitivity. It is a loving multi-generational household with dogs and a small child, living in several houses close to each other. You will also regularly look after the nearby holiday home.
Your tasks:
- Basic cleaning, room care, furniture care
- Keep order
- Laundry care, high-quality textiles, ironing, knowledge of materials
- Shopping, errands, stockpiling
- Household management of 2 residential houses and a holiday home
- Cooking (fresh, healthy)
- Organisation of external service providers
- Monitoring of craftsmen
- Plant care
- Occasional child supervision
- Dog care
You work in a well-coordinated team with two other colleagues and alternate in two shifts to ensure that households receive the best possible care.
With your structured and discreet working style, you ensure that the household runs smoothly and neatly. You have a trained eye for high-quality materials and textiles and know how to care for them properly. You take care of laundry and ironing with routine and care, while at the same time keeping an overview of stock levels and shopping planning.
The family attaches great importance to a healthy, down-to-earth diet, which is why you enjoy preparing fresh meals. You will also organise external service providers, supervise tradesmen and look after plants and living spaces with care. Occasionally you will take on a sensitive childcare role and lovingly look after the family dogs.
