In Berlin-Zehlendorf we are looking for a responsible childminder with light housekeeping duties (m/f/d) (25?30 hours/week). The cheerful family of four lives in a charming flat in a quiet, green area and is looking forward to reliable support who can help organise everyday life with heart, patience and structure. The two lively boys (aged 5 and 8) are little rays of sunshine who want to be lovingly welcomed after an exciting day at nursery and school.

The working week runs from Monday to Friday, between approx. 14:00 and 18:30/19:30. At the beginning of the afternoon, you start the washing machine and use the time to tidy up and create a pleasant atmosphere at home: airing, tidying, making beds ? in short, creating a cosy environment that offers space for new adventures. At around 4.00 pm, you pick up the two boys from after-school care or nursery and accompany them to their leisure activities, such as music lessons, if necessary. Beforehand, you prepare a small snack so that the children can fortify themselves after daycare. In the afternoon, the children's needs take centre stage: you help them arrive, accompany them during homework time (without supervising the content) and give them your attention. Parents will be particularly pleased if you enjoy preparing a child-friendly evening meal - whether hot or cold is entirely up to you. The parents take over at around 19:00. By this time, the children are ready for bed, the table is set and the family can enjoy a quiet end to the day.
For this position, we are looking for a reliable, caring and well-organised personality with a keen sense of children's needs and a friendly nature. You like to set loving boundaries, have good manners and take responsibility with heart and prudence. A driving licence would be ideal ? but is not a requirement. Alternatively, a bicycle can be used; a car can be provided if required.
If you would like to work 30 hours per week, you will take on a basic cleaning of the house once a week, ideally at the beginning of the week, in the morning from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm. This part is not a requirement and can also be taken over by the previous domestic help.
