A committed and well-organised personal assistant (m/f/d) (35-40 hrs/week) is needed in Hamburg-Altona. The employer leads a dynamic life where organisation, structure and forward thinking are required. The working day takes place between remote work and the office of a renowned modelling agency. Here, it is important to coordinate business and private processes in equal measure and to always maintain an overview.

Your tasks:

• Coordination of the professional and private calendar: meetings, model castings, trips and school events for the children.
• Management of e-mails, calls and correspondence.
• Planning business trips, hotel bookings and transport.
• Coordinating appointments around the children: hobbies, doctor's appointments, occasional pick-ups from school or daycare.
• Organisation and structuring of the daily routine.

We are looking for an experienced and resilient person who works in a discreet, structured and forward-looking manner. The family values a high degree of reliability and flexibility. A willingness to be available outside of regular working hours is expected. A driving licence is an advantage, but not a requirement.
