We are looking for a dedicated housekeeper (m/f/d) (20?25 hrs/week) in the idyllic neighbourhood of Lütjenburg. The warm family lives in a stately manor house with approx. 650 square metres of living space, surrounded by extensive, park-like grounds. The property is stylish and upscale, furnished with great attention to detail. As the family is mainly present during the holiday periods, we are looking for a person who is independent, reliable and discreet in providing a well-kept and harmonious home.

Your tasks:

• Household management

• Cleaning (basic, maintenance and visual cleaning)

• Textile care (incl. hanging up laundry, drying, folding, putting away)

• Ironing

• Purchasing

• Cooking

• Coordination of service providers

• Supervision of craftsmen

• Silver care

• Terrace maintenance

As the good soul of the house, you are responsible for the comprehensive organisation and care of the household. The summer months from June to August and in October and November, when the family receives guests or stays on the estate during hunting season, are particularly busy. Additional hours are worked during these periods, which are compensated for in the other months. You therefore need to be flexible, work in a structured manner and always bear in mind the special needs of an upscale household.

The family consists of five people, including teenagers, who are mainly on site during the holidays. Healthy and regional cuisine is particularly important to the hosts ? They cook with fresh, preferably organic ingredients and provide varied, balanced meals. Your organisational talent is evident both in stock management and in the coordination of external service providers and tradesmen. You also look after the terrace with care, creating an inviting atmosphere in the outdoor area.

Ideally, you will have experience in the upscale hotel industry and have a service mindset. With a discreet demeanour, good manners and a reliable, independent working style, you will integrate harmoniously into the processes. A driving licence and your own car are required for this position in order to be able to work flexibly and independently.
