An experienced, structured housekeeper (m/f/d) (40 hours/week) is needed in Rottach-Egern am Tegernsee. The friendly family lives with their little baby in a modern, spacious villa and is looking for responsible and conscientious support to reliably manage the upscale business household. The parents lovingly look after the children themselves, so the support they are looking for will concentrate exclusively on housekeeping and organisational tasks. In this appreciative environment, high standards of tidiness, an eye for detail and a high degree of personal responsibility are of central importance.

Your tasks:

• Independent development and implementation of structures in the household
• Instructions for domestic help
• Laundry care
• Handling high-quality textiles and materials
• Silver and plant care
• Carrying out shopping and errands
• Occasional preparation of simple, healthy dishes
• Organisation of service providers
• Guest service if required (preparation, tableware)

The focus of your work is the professional organisation of the household. You will be responsible for the careful care of high-quality textiles, know your way around different materials and ensure that they are handled correctly. You will carry out shopping, stocking and occasional errands carefully and reliably. You will also prepare simple, fresh meals as required, providing welcome relief for the family in everyday life.

Your ability to structure the household independently and to contribute with prudence and discretion is particularly valued. You will be the contact person for external service providers, coordinate them and ensure that all processes run smoothly. You will also be responsible for plant care and the occasional warm welcome for guests. In addition to you, a caretaker and a gardener are already part of the small team - you will also be supported by a domestic help, whose guidance is part of your area of responsibility.

The family attaches great importance to discretion and care. Your very good knowledge of German is just as important as a friendly, well-groomed demeanour. Knowledge of English is an advantage, a class B driving licence is a prerequisite. The ability to work in a team, independence and high quality standards round off your profile.
