An experienced, organised housekeeper (m/f/d) (40 hours per week) is sought in Rottach-Egern on Lake Tegernsee. This friendly family lives with their young baby in a modern, spacious villa and is looking for a responsible and conscientious housekeeper to reliably manage their upmarket business household. The parents lovingly look after their children themselves, so the support sought will focus exclusively on domestic and organisational tasks. In this supportive environment, a high standard of tidiness, an eye for detail and a high degree of personal responsibility are of central importance.

Your tasks:

• Independent development and implementation of budgetary structures
• Instructions for domestic help
• Laundry care
• Handling high-quality textiles and materials
• Silver and plant care
• Doing the shopping and running errands
• Occasional preparation of simple, healthy dishes
• Organisation of service providers
• Guest services as required (preparation, table etiquette)

The focus of your role is the professional management of the household. You will be responsible for the careful care of high-quality textiles, have a thorough understanding of various materials, and ensure they are handled correctly. You will carry out shopping, stock management and occasional errands with care and reliability. In addition, you prepare simple, fresh meals as required, thereby providing welcome relief for the family in their day-to-day lives.

Your ability to organise the household independently, whilst acting with care and discretion, is particularly valued. You will act as the point of contact for external service providers, coordinate their work and ensure that all processes run smoothly. Your duties also include looking after the plants and providing warm hospitality to guests on occasion. Alongside you, a caretaker and a gardener are already part of the small team – you will also be supported by a domestic helper, whose supervision falls within your area of responsibility.

The family attaches great importance to discretion and attention to detail. An excellent command of German is just as important as a friendly, well-presented manner. Knowledge of English is an advantage, and a Class B driving licence is essential. The ability to work as part of a team, independence and a commitment to high standards round off your profile.
