A young, friendly family in Hamburg-Winterhude is looking for a warm-hearted and competent pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) for 25 to 30 hours per week. The family lives in a modern flat and would like a loving carer for their lively 3-year-old daughter.

Your tasks:

• Childcare with sensitivity and patience
• Leisure activities with creative and age-appropriate programmes
• Supervision three mornings a week (3 to 5 hours each), two evenings and every second Saturday or Sunday for 6 to 8 hours
• Accompaniment to children's activities, e.g. playgroup, children's gymnastics
• Travel companion for family outings or holidays
• occasional errands
• Optional: laundry care, especially for high-quality textiles such as cashmere, silk and wool-silk, ironing and car care

Their main focus is on providing their daughter with loving support in everyday life. The parents attach particular importance to ensuring that she is gently encouraged and spends a lot of time in nature. Walks, playing in the fresh air and active pursuits are an integral part of the daily routine. The infant is primarily cared for by the mother, but it is important that you are on hand to provide support if necessary. With creativity and empathy, you will organise varied leisure activities and find the right balance between fun and encouragement. Your patience and sensitivity to the needs of young children enable you to respond flexibly to changing situations. Occasional errands and small errands may also be part of your duties.

Optionally, you can take on additional tasks in laundry care, especially the care of sensitive materials that are very important to the family. You could also take over the care of the family bus and SUV to relieve the parents in everyday life. This could generate more hours.
