In Hamburg-Winterhude, a young, friendly family is looking for a warm-hearted and competent childcare professional (m/f/d) to work 25 to 30 hours a week. The family lives in a modern flat and is looking for a loving carer for their lively 3-year-old daughter.

Your tasks:

• Childcare provided with sensitivity and patience
• Leisure activities with creative and age-appropriate programmes
• Childcare on three mornings a week (3 to 5 hours each), two evenings and every other Saturday or Sunday for 6 to 8 hours
• Accompanying children to activities such as playgroups and children’s gymnastics
• Travel companions for family outings or holidays
• occasional errands
• Optional: Laundry care, specifically for high-quality fabrics such as cashmere, silk and wool-silk blends, ironing and car care

Her main focus is on lovingly supporting her daughter in her day-to-day life. The parents place particular importance on ensuring she is gently encouraged and spends plenty of time in nature. Walks, playing in the fresh air and active pursuits are an integral part of the daily routine. The baby is primarily looked after by the mother, but it is important that you are on hand to offer support when needed. With creativity and empathy, you will organise varied leisure activities and strike the right balance between fun and development. Your patience and your understanding of young children’s needs will enable you to respond flexibly to changing situations. Occasional shopping trips and small errands may also form part of your duties.

Optionally, you could take on additional laundry-related tasks, particularly looking after delicate fabrics that are very important to the family. You could also look after the family minibus and SUV to take some of the strain off the parents in their day-to-day lives. This would allow you to work more hours.
