We are looking for a structured housekeeper (m/f/d) (32 hrs/week) in Hamburg - St. Georg. The family lives in a charming old villa, which extends over four floors. Five cheerful family members live here together. The children, aged between 7 and 17, bring a lot of joy and variety to everyday life with their energy and varied interests. We are looking for someone with heart and organisational skills to enrich the home of this family.

Your tasks:

• Basic cleaning
• Room maintenance
• Keep order
• Errands
• Coordination and monitoring of external service providers
• Independent way of working
• Terrace maintenance

We are looking for a person who is the heart of the household with a reliable and independent way of working. Your duties will include basic cleaning and room maintenance, keeping the house tidy and laundry, to name but a few. You will be responsible for household management, including the independent division of work and organisation of the daily routine, as well as errands, coordination and supervision of external service providers and tradesmen. You will also be responsible for looking after the terrace.

A particular focus is on your ability to act independently and in a structured manner. With your patient and active nature, you contribute significantly to a harmonious and structured everyday family life. Your sensitivity and discretion in dealing with the family and their needs are essential. The family also greatly appreciates your ability to deal with different situations. A nanny is already part of the team, allowing you to focus mainly on household management.

The position involves working 32 hours per week (spread over 4 days) which can be arranged flexibly by arrangement. We are looking for someone who will put their heart and mind into this role and treat the household as their own.
