In Eschwege, near Kassel We are looking for an experienced, warm-hearted Matrons (m/f/d) for 40 hours per week. The exclusive event venue is not public, but rather receives invited guests only Guests are looked after with care by a young, dynamic team. We are looking for a trustworthy individual to join our team, who will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere through their dedication, warmth and keen eye for detail.

Your tasks:

• Supervising the housekeepers
• Assistance with preparing and tidying guest rooms
• Cleaning of public areas
• Preparing and clearing up the meeting rooms
• Caring for the decorations
• Point of contact for guests’ requests
• Maintenance the quality standards

We are looking for an intrinsically motivated professional who is enthusiastic about home economics Team, consisting of two housekeepers, to help maintain the estate. In this role, you will be responsible for housekeeping and ensuring that the premises are always well-maintained, attractive and harmonious. The working day begins at 7.00 am and usually ends at 4.00 pm. As a rule, guests are accommodated for two days each week. You will be responsible for preparing and tidying the guest rooms. You will also be responsible for the meeting rooms and public areas. You will look after the guests and be attentive to their needs.  Your keen sense of cleanliness, atmosphere and discretion plays a key role in ensuring that they feel completely at ease. What is essential here is not only your extensive experience in housekeeping or in upmarket privatenot only a balanced lifestyle, but also high standards of quality and the ability to work independently and reliably.
