A warm and welcoming housekeeper (m/f/d) (40 hours per week) is sought in Hamburg-Othmarschen. The couple live in an architecturally impressive villa and value a well-maintained, sophisticated atmosphere in which a harmonious home is created with sensitivity and a keen eye for detail.

Your tasks:

• General household organisation
• Textile care
• Ironing
• Purchasing
• Stockpiling
• Cooking
• Supervision of craftsmen
• Instructions for domestic help
• Flower care
• occasional dog care
• Errands

The focus is on reliable, forward-planning household management, which makes the couple’s daily lives noticeably easier. The family places particular emphasis on fresh, healthy and, where possible, organic food. They plan balanced weekly menus, shop for seasonal produce and take pleasure in preparing tasty, wholesome meals. This includes keeping a well-organised stock of groceries, as well as shopping at selected retailers and running errands. They take great care when looking after their laundry and clothes, upholding high standards of quality and ensuring that fabrics are suitable for the wearer.

You will manage and motivate the existing staff working around the house (e.g. domestic help and caretaker/gardener) and ensure that everyone works together harmoniously. You will tend to the flowers with care and look after the house’s friendly older dog with great attention.

We are looking for a discreet, independent and committed individual with tact and a consistently well-groomed appearance. You have a friendly manner and take a solution-oriented approach. A caring nature, reliability and loyalty round off your profile.
