In Hamburg-Harvestehude we are looking for a dedicated housekeeper (m/f/d) for 30 hours/week. The warm family with three children (2, 7 and 9 years) lives in a newly renovated, listed villa on four floors. The current housekeeper ? a highly esteemed, motherly personality ? is retiring and would be happy to carefully train her successor.
We are looking for a child-loving, reliable support who organises the household with care and friendliness and accompanies the family in everyday life.
Your tasks:
- Keeping order and visual cleaning
- Laundry care with lots of ironing
- Stockpiling
- Transport services (e.g. daycare centre, school, leisure activities)
- Occasional cooking (fresh, light, suitable for children)
- Childcare as required
- Coordination of service providers and tradespeople
- Plant care and light garden support
- Errands and shopping if necessary
The focus of your work is the independent organisation of the household on four floors. You will be supported by a domestic help with the cleaning. In addition to caring for the premises, professional laundry care and careful handling of textiles and materials, you will also be responsible for preparing fresh, healthy meals - preferably suitable for children.
The children play an important role in everyday family life. With your friendly, discreet and active manner, you provide structure, accompany individual activities of the children when necessary and contribute with heart and reliability. Transport services to daycare centres, schools and leisure activities are an integral part of the job. A car and a cargo bike are available for this purpose.
The household is non-smoking. A class B driving licence is required.
