We are urgently seeking an experienced, child-friendly housekeeper (m/f/d) (25–35 hours per week) for a modern, well-kept family of five living in a villa in the lovely Hamburg district of Hochkamp.
Your tasks:
- thorough cleaning
- Morning round, including cleaning windows and tidying up
- Laundry care (washing, drying, folding, putting away in the wardrobe)
- Ironing
- Maintain terrace
You are thoroughly familiar with the requirements of a discerning clientele and have a good understanding of how to care for high-quality materials. You are highly organised and, following appropriate induction, you will structure your work processes independently and take a very thorough approach to cleaning the premises, for which you will be given sufficient time. If, for example, you spot any dirt or children’s marks on doors or furniture, you will remove them straight away as you pass by. You never cut corners, and it goes without saying that when changing the beds, you will also vacuum the slatted bases. You are fond of children and always have a sympathetic ear and a kind word for the three of them. Among other things, you ensure that the children’s sports bags are packed neatly and ready so that they can set off straight away if needed. You are happy to adapt to the family’s routines and communicate openly and honestly, as trust is the basis of a successful and harmonious working relationship. The weekly hours (25 to 35 hours per week) depend on the scope of tasks you are able to cover. A driving licence is an advantage. This is a non-smoking household.
