A 400 m² villa, recently renovated, is seeking a reliable person to provide thoughtful support with household tasks.

Your tasks:

• Basic, maintenance and visual cleaning
• Laundry care
• Ironing
• Create structures

We are looking for someone who, with a steady hand and a clear organisational structure, can ensure a consistently well-maintained and cosy living environment. Your working day begins at 8.00 am and ends no later than 3.00 pm. The family takes care of the day-to-day housekeeping themselves, so your main focus will be on thoroughly cleaning the bathrooms, floors and surfaces. A window cleaner is already in place, but the family would still like someone who can, when required, carry out a visual clean of selected interior glass surfaces.

Furthermore, the family is looking for someone who can lovingly yet firmly guide the two boys, aged 12 and 14, through the small routines of everyday life. This is not about looking after the teenagers, but about imparting values in a natural and age-appropriate way. For example, reminding them to help out with household chores, such as putting out the laundry for washing at specific times. A confident, assertive yet warm manner is very much appreciated in this regard.

The family is looking for a female candidate with experience, ideally gained in upmarket private households or the hospitality industry. Anyone who enjoys organising cleaning routines independently and sensibly, identifying needs and working in a self-organised manner with a keen eye for detail will feel very much at home in this role. Knowledge of laundry care and ironing is also desirable, although men’s shirts are sent out to the dry cleaners. A driving licence is not essential for this role.

The holiday is to be taken during the Hamburg school holidays, which is important for the family when it comes to organising their daily routine. We are looking for a trustworthy, discreet and independent member of staff who offers consistency and supports the household with care and reliability.
