A warm and welcoming housekeeper (m/f/d) who speaks Polish or English (40 hours per week) is sought in Othmarschen. This friendly, cheerful family lives in a lovely flat and is looking for a dedicated housekeeper who, with warmth, organisation and a keen eye for ensuring their daily well-being, will help take the pressure off the mum, who works full-time.
Your tasks:
- Cooking
- Shopping
- Child care services
- Transport services
- Ironing
- Keep order
- Textile care
- Basic, maintenance and visual cleaning
The focus is on reliable household management: you will ensure the home is kept clean and tidy, take care of the laundry – including ironing – and make sure everything has its place. This also includes shopping and keeping the larder well-organised, so that day-to-day life runs smoothly.
It is also particularly important to provide support for the two daughters (aged 7 and 10), such as collecting them from their school, which is within walking distance. You will then lovingly look after the children throughout the afternoon, drive them to leisure activities as required, and take them on other journeys, such as to appointments or social engagements. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys being around children, communicates clearly and friendly, and supports the family’s daily routine with calm and reliability. A love of cooking is highly valued: we’d like fresh, child-friendly meals featuring classic home-cooked fare. If you enjoy working with regional ingredients and can keep on top of things even in the midst of a lively family life, you’ll fit in wonderfully in this home.
A good knowledge of Polish or English would be an advantage.
