An animal-loving and hard-working housekeeper (m/f/d) (40 hours per week) is sought in the Waldachtal valley in the Black Forest. The household is a lively, upmarket multi-generational home with five small dogs, a cat that roams freely, as well as an adjoining stud farm and their own chickens. The family lives in an idyllically situated former monastery, which offers an extraordinary home thanks to its unique atmosphere.

Your tasks:

• Keep order
• Laundry care
• Knowledge of materials (e.g. gold-plated picture frames)
• Independent organisation of one’s own work
• Organisation of external service providers
• Coordination and supervision of tradespeople
• Plant care
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining room
• Care of the cat
• Staff management (part-time domestic helpers, ironing lady)
• Terrace maintenance
• Support for domestic helpers where required

In this role of responsibility, you will be at the heart of the household, ensuring that everything is tidy and clean with care and attention, whilst respecting the family’s privacy.

The family is looking for a housekeeper who works independently and in a structured manner, takes the initiative and remains calm even during hectic periods. You should also have extensive experience in running a household, be able to stand up for your team and always keep on top of things. A driving licence, combined with your own car, will give you flexibility and mobility in this rural region. Accommodation can be provided if required.
