An experienced housekeeper (m/f/d) (40 hours per week) is sought in Bergisch Gladbach. The couple, who run their own business, live in a fully refurbished historic villa comprising two adjoining semi-detached houses, one of which is used as an office and the other as a private living area. They are looking for a reliable assistant who, with a good overview, discretion and a love of a beautiful home, will ensure order, cleanliness and well-organised routines.

Your tasks:

• Basic, maintenance and visual cleaning

• Terrace maintenance

The focus is on the independent management of your private home and the adjoining office. You recognise what needs to be done and when, set sensible priorities, and work in a structured, thorough and meticulous manner. You carry out the cleaning of the premises to a high standard, as well as laundry duties including ironing, so that everything is always tidy and ready for use should business partners be received.

In addition, you will be responsible for shopping, running errands and ensuring that supplies are kept topped up in good time. When tradespeople or service providers are on site, you will keep an eye on proceedings, coordinate appointments as agreed and ensure that the work is supervised reliably. Window cleaning is also part of your regular duties. The friendly dog is part of everyday life; occasionally, the residents appreciate it when you take him for a walk. However, this is not a requirement. The role is rounded off by light tasks around the house, such as maintaining the terrace, to ensure that the outdoor area remains inviting and well-kept.

We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual who thinks proactively, acts discreetly and, ideally, has professional experience in private households or the hotel sector. A professional demeanour and good manners are essential. A driving licence is required; a vehicle can be provided for work-related travel.
