A self-employed housekeeping couple (m/f/d) (40 hours per week) is sought in Bremen-Schwachhausen. The demanding but friendly entrepreneur lives in a newly renovated red-brick villa and is looking for a well-coordinated duo who can ensure that day-to-day life runs smoothly with care, discretion and a genuine commitment to service.

Duties of the housekeeper: You will be responsible for the domestic side of things and will manage the household independently, in a structured manner and to a high standard. In addition to the thorough cleaning of the rooms, this naturally includes the professional care of high-quality materials, the care of laundry and clothing, and meticulous ironing. A keen eye for detail and a sense of order are highly valued.
Duties of the caretaker/gardener: He is responsible for caretaking and gardening duties across the estate, looks after the day-to-day maintenance of the outdoor areas and assists with minor repairs. In addition, support is required at a nearby commercial property, so manual dexterity, reliability and a pragmatic approach to ensuring smooth-running operations are highly valued. Fleet maintenance is also one of the regular tasks that must be carried out with care and a sense of responsibility. You will also be expected to deal professionally with service providers and tradespeople, whose work you will coordinate and supervise where necessary.
There is occasionally a teenage daughter living in the household, so a friendly, respectful manner and warmth are important. We are looking for a couple who are independent, have a positive attitude and enjoy helping to shape a home and its routines over the long term. A driving licence is essential.
