A child-friendly domestic helper (m/f/d) (30–40 hours per week) is sought in Magdeburg. This very friendly family of four, who also have a dog, live in a charming, modern home and are looking for someone who will reliably support their daily family life with warmth, sensitivity and an eye for detail, and help to create a loving home.

Your tasks:

• General household organisation
• Keep order
• Create structures
• Basic, maintenance and visual cleaning
• Textile care
• Ironing
• Purchasing
• Stockpiling
• Cooking
• Child care services
• Transport services

The focus is on a warm, trusting relationship: you carry out basic and routine cleaning thoroughly and systematically, look after surfaces and furniture with care, and ensure a consistently pleasant atmosphere. You keep on top of the household and work in a structured and independent manner. You take a meticulous approach to laundry, washing, drying and ironing textiles and putting everything away in its proper place. Where required, you assist the mum with the day-to-day care of a baby and a toddler.

Shopping and stock management are also part of your role. When cooking, you’ll take the family’s preferences into account: fresh, healthy and child-friendly – from time to time, you’ll prepare simple, tasty meals that are good for the little ones. From time to time, you will provide transport services, such as picking the children up from nursery. Overall, we are looking for a caring, discreet and responsible person who works independently, is reliable and acts with sensitivity and warmth..
