An experienced housekeeper (m/f/d) (40 hours per week) is sought in Hamburg-Rissen to join a team of three. In an upmarket business household in a very well-maintained villa, you can expect a stylish environment where discretion, quality and a pleasant working atmosphere are key.

Your tasks:

• Basic, maintenance and visual cleaning
• Textile care
• Ironing
• Purchasing
• Errands
• Silver care
• Cooking

In your day-to-day work, you and your colleagues will ensure, with a keen eye for detail, that the rooms are clean, tidy and maintain a well-kept atmosphere. This involves not only standard cleaning duties, but also treating high-quality materials and equipment with care and respect. You’ll handle laundry and ironing with expertise and a high standard of care, ensuring that everything is ready and perfectly organised at all times.

In addition, shopping and running errands are, of course, part of the role, as is silver polishing, which is a regular task in this household. When it comes to cooking, the preference is for straightforward, simple meals for one person – ideally in the form of small meals, canapés or light fare – prepared reliably and presented attractively. If you enjoy providing practical yet stylish support in an upmarket setting, you’ll be a perfect fit here.

You will be working as part of a well-coordinated team with two other housekeepers and a caretaker/gardener. The ability to work well in a team and a positive, friendly manner are therefore particularly important. Working hours are on a shift basis, either from 5.00 am to 2.00 pm or from 11.30 am to 8.00 pm. At weekends, shifts alternate between 7.00 am and 3.00 pm; one full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per month is scheduled. We are looking for a mature individual who thinks proactively, coordinates well with others and ensures everything runs smoothly with calm confidence.
