A bilingual, native English-speaking nanny (m/f/d) (20 hours per week) is sought in Stuttgart. The young family is looking for a warm-hearted, reliable nanny who can spend the mornings with their four-year-old daughter, guiding her with creativity, clarity and plenty of empathy.

Your tasks:

• creative crafts
• Visits to playgrounds
• Language support (English)
• Age-appropriate support

The focus is on providing loving care for a delightful little girl (aged 4). You will help to make her free time fun and child-friendly with ideas for games, short outings, creative activities and routines that give the child a sense of structure and help to organise her day nicely.

There is a particular focus on communication in English. The family would like communication to take place in English, so that the child can learn the language through play. Through age-appropriate support, you will encourage curiosity, independence and social skills, without overwhelming the child, but always taking into account the child’s pace and needs.

We are looking for a nanny who already has experience in childcare, is qualified (having completed a teaching qualification) and enjoys actively supporting children’s developmental milestones. If you are caring, creative, able to set clear boundaries in a friendly manner and, at the same time, willing to listen to the family’s wishes, you will be a perfect fit for this environment. A trusting working relationship and respectful interaction are a given for the family and are also expected of you.
