A reliable and positive nanny with an interest in laundry and cooking (m/f/d) (20 hours per week) is sought in Hamburg-Sülldorf. This warm and welcoming family of four, with a daughter (aged 7) and a son (aged 4), lives in a modern house of around 200 m². The mum is looking for loving support to take some of the strain off her during their hectic daily routine and to look after the children with a good instinct, in consultation with her.

We are looking for someone who can bring warmth and tact to the family’s daily life. The mum would like support, by mutual agreement, in the form of occasional, loving care for the two children – for example, when collecting them from school and nursery, taking them to activities, or organising child-friendly leisure activities. It is equally important to the family that the playrooms and children’s bedrooms are kept tidy and inviting, and that the children are able to grow up in a harmonious environment. Taking care of the family’s laundry is an equally important part of your duties. In addition, the role also involves minor domestic tasks that help ease the family’s daily workload. These include, amongst other things, keeping the house tidy. Preparing child-friendly meals in the style of fresh, home-cooked food is also an essential part of this role. The family is looking for someone who thinks on their feet, is reliable and has a positive, engaging manner. It is important to interact with the children in a friendly, empathetic and natural way, as well as to be able to work attentively and independently, both in household duties and in childcare. The 20 hours per week will be arranged by mutual agreement, mainly in the afternoons.
