A reliable housekeeper (m/f/d) (24 hours per week) is sought in Koblenz. This friendly family of two (a mother and her 18-year-old daughter) lives in a charming, very well-maintained house and is looking for an energetic helper who has a keen eye for cleanliness and can ensure the home is a pleasant place to live in every respect.

Your tasks:

• Basic, maintenance and visual cleaning
• Keep order
• Textile and laundry care
• Ironing
• Errands
• Terrace maintenance

The focus of this role is on carrying out housekeeping duties carefully and independently. You will be responsible for cleaning and ensuring that the rooms remain tidy and welcoming at all times. You will also take care of laundry and ironing, thereby making everyday family life noticeably easier. The household also includes a dog and a cat. Taking the dog for regular walks is not strictly part of your duties, but occasional help with this may be useful by arrangement. Above all, it is important that the cat does not leave the house under any circumstances, and that great care is taken when airing the house or opening doors. In addition, your duties will include running small errands, which you will carry out reliably. Your help is also required around the house. On the terrace, you will ensure it looks well-maintained and carry out tasks such as weeding as required. The family values a proactive approach to work, setting sensible priorities and organising the household with foresight. In addition, renovation work on the house is scheduled for May. During this time, the family would like active support, for example by paying particular attention to tidiness and cleanliness whilst the work is being carried out, helping to organise household routines, and carrying out occasional small tasks to ensure that daily life continues to run smoothly even during the renovation. They are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and thoroughly, tackles tasks competently and takes pleasure in taking on responsibility on their own initiative. If you also have a natural flair for tidiness and cleanliness and can act with discretion in a private setting, you’ll be an excellent fit for this role.
